Training Log uses skill levels to track the outcomes from training, and skills/competence assessment. If you already use a skills matrix, the entries in the skills matrix would be your training log skill levels. Otherwise, we have some default sets of skill levels. You can drag and drop the skill levels to order them further down the list means more advanced skill.
